Back in the mid 90’s there came out probably what i wouldn’t hesitate to question as the bench mark of all anime story telling. This is not about that amazing though mind bending series but about the movies which to part followed the same story line but at the same time are completely different.
So i decided to watch the latest in what i guess you would call a ‘franchise’ but you could call it that only in the loosest term.
Im going to start off and admit that i’ve only seen the pilot so far but if the rest of the series comes even 75% as close to being good as that pilot was than im calling this a sleeper hit.
The one thing you can’t call this movie is a ‘breakout’ movie for anyone. It had a semi-established cast with a lot of new comers.
Here, for me, are the best Christmas movies that are around these days. They probably don’t feel like the most traditional of Christmas movies but for me, these are King.
Let me start right off the bat and admit that i love this film.
So i just watched ‘Ant Man’ the other day… Ant Man… wow, what an epic name for a Marvel Superhero. Were they out of names the day they thought him up? No, that’s besides the point.
